The Toys101 Fast Dispatch Commitment

Once you place your order, we’ll pick, pack, and dispatch it within 1 business day. So, if you order now, we’ll have it on its way by the same time tomorrow. If today’s a weekend or public holiday, we’ll dispatch it on the next business day.

You’ll receive two emails from us:

  1. Invoice – sent once your order is picked and packed.
  2. Tracking details – sent when the courier collects your parcel from our warehouse.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. South Island and rural customers—you know the drill! During busy times (like the Christmas rush), delivery may take an extra 1 to 2 days.

We love sending toys to the Outer Islands (e.g. Chatham, Kawau, Waiheke, Great Barrier)—thanks for shopping with us! We think you’ll find our delivery fees to these destinations very reasonable.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We want your experience with Toys101 to be joyful from start to finish. If your order arrives damaged—or doesn’t arrive at all—please let us know straight away.

When damage or loss occurs, we charge the courier company for the cost of replacing your items. But here’s the catch: we only have 7 days from the delivery date to make a claim. So we need your help—please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly and get things back on track.
