Blast into a Minecraft® mine where armadillos, armour and hidden ore await

Minecraft® and LEGO® bricks belong together. Both give kids a world made from blocks and the freedom to build, explore, rearrange and create adventures of their own. LEGO® Minecraft The Armadillo Mine Expedition 21269 takes that creativity into the savanna biome, where valuable ore, curious creatures and an explosive mining mission are waiting to be discovered.

This is a wonderfully hands-on way for Minecraft players to step beyond the screen and bring the game into the real world. Kids can search for resources, look after the armadillos, collect scutes to craft wolf armour and decide where the expedition travels next. The modular landscape can be rearranged easily, so the finished set never has to tell the same story twice.

The 247-piece playset features a savanna mine with a lever-controlled TNT function that blasts away part of the terrain to reveal precious ore. A small river and flowing lava add colour and atmosphere to the landscape, while a cave spider creates a lurking threat beneath the surface. The set also includes a wolf and 2 adorable armadillos, bringing popular Minecraft mobs and game-inspired play together in one compact scene.

Measuring over 15 cm high and 20 cm wide, the completed model is large enough for satisfying play while remaining easy to move and rebuild. For Minecraft fans aged 8 and over, The Armadillo Mine Expedition 21269 offers an exciting mixture of mining, creature care, explosive action and open-ended creativity. It is Minecraft made real, one LEGO® brick at a time.
