The Mario Kart – Baby Peach & Grand Prix Set is designed for kids aged 7–8 who love imaginative role play, building variety, and replayable racing action. This set puts creativity in the driver’s seat, letting children design their own racetracks, stage races, and invent new Mario Kart moments every time they play.
Rather than following a single race layout, kids are encouraged to experiment, rebuild, and adjust the course to suit their ideas. This open-ended design supports problem-solving, planning, and storytelling, making it ideal for confident builders who enjoy creating their own rules and challenges.
The set includes three buildable, shell-launching vehicles — the Wild Wiggler, Landship, and Standard Bike — along with a starting gate, track barriers, traffic cones, a winners’ podium, Toad’s sweets wagon, and Lakitu’s cloud. Four LEGO Super Mario characters are included: Baby Peach, Lakitu, Lemmy, and Toad, giving kids plenty of role-play possibilities both on and off the track.
For interactive digital play, add LEGO Mario, LEGO Luigi, or LEGO Peach from sets 71439, 71440, or 71441 (sold separately). Placing the interactive figure in vehicles or on Item Boxes and Action Tags triggers Mario Kart sounds and visual reactions, bringing races to life. Building instructions and creative ideas are included and also available through the LEGO Super Mario app, with more Mario Kart sets sold separately to expand the grand prix even further.
