Up to six routes can cross with the Helix. If a ball leaves the stone, it rolls on to a lower level without changing its direction. This means that up to six balls can pass the stone at the same time. Combined with a starter set, more complex tracks can be built without the balls blocking on their way to the finish. How many balls can pass through the helix in one go?

With GraviTrax, building fun has free rein. The GraviTrax ball track system can be expanded infinitely through extensions, which guarantees unlimited building and playing fun. By freely designing the ball tracks and exploring the rolling and flight behavior of the balls, the understanding of science is sharpened and gravity can be experienced up close. The STEM mark on our products signals a game category where science is experienced through play. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) corresponds to the German MINT (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology).

We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days.

Once you place your order, we’ll pick, pack, and dispatch it within 1 business day. So, if you order now, we’ll have it on its way by the same time tomorrow. If today’s a weekend or public holiday, we’ll dispatch it on the next business day.

You’ll receive two emails from us:

1. Invoice – sent once your order is picked and packed.
2. Tracking details – sent when the courier collects your parcel from our warehouse.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. South Island and rural customers—you know the drill! During busy times (like the Christmas rush), delivery may take an extra 1 to 2 days.

We love sending toys to the Outer Islands (e.g. Chatham, Kawau, Waiheke, Great Barrier)—thanks for shopping with us! We think you’ll find our delivery fees to these destinations very reasonable.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We want your experience with Toys101 to be joyful from start to finish. If your order arrives damaged—or doesn’t arrive at all—please let us know straight away.

When damage or loss occurs, we charge the courier company for the cost of replacing your items. But here’s the catch: we only have 7 days from the delivery date to make a claim. So we need your help—please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly and get things back on track.
