You can help Barbie and her friends pack up, drive off in the camper, then open it all up when you arrive. Climb the ladder, zoom down the slide and make a splash in the pool!

There are over 60 fun pieces you can use to make the adventure even more real—food, plates, pets, cups, binoculars, a flashlight and lots more to play with. You can even decorate the outside with bumper stickers!

What you need to know:

• You can take the camper anywhere—imaginary mountains, the beach, a forest!
• Dolls are not included so you can use the Barbie you like best.
• Perfect for ages 3 and up, but extra fun for girls 4-7 who love big adventures, pretend play, and storytelling.

We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days.

Once you place your order, we’ll pick, pack, and dispatch it within 1 business day. So, if you order now, we’ll have it on its way by the same time tomorrow. If today’s a weekend or public holiday, we’ll dispatch it on the next business day.

You’ll receive two emails from us:

1. Invoice – sent once your order is picked and packed.
2. Tracking details – sent when the courier collects your parcel from our warehouse.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. South Island and rural customers—you know the drill! During busy times (like the Christmas rush), delivery may take an extra 1 to 2 days.

Outer Island Deliveries

We love sending toys to the Outer Islands (e.g. Chatham, Kawau, Waiheke, Great Barrier)—thanks for shopping with us! We think you’ll find our delivery fees to these destinations very reasonable.

New Zealand’s geography makes courier costs a bit tricky, but we’ve worked hard to keep things fair. Our fees reflect not just distance, but also the care and packaging we put into getting your toys to you safely.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We want your experience with Toys101 to be joyful from start to finish. If your order arrives damaged—or doesn’t arrive at all—please let us know straight away.

When damage or loss occurs, we charge the courier company for the cost of replacing your items. But here’s the catch: we only have 7 days from the delivery date to make a claim. So we need your help—please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly and get things back on track.
