Damaged or Missing Orders
We want your experience with Toys101 to be joyful from start to finish. If your order arrives damaged—or doesn’t arrive at all—please let us know straight away.
When damage or loss occurs, we charge the courier company for the cost of replacing your items. But here’s the catch: we only have 7 days from the delivery date to make a claim. So we need your help—please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly and get things back on track.
